The following Steps depicts how we work.

Raw Cashews

The cashew nut is the seed nestled inside a shell that grows on the fruit of the cashew tree

Roasting

We heat the cashews with high pressure/temperature steam.

Cutting

Raw cashew nut has a unique kidney shape. Moreover, the outer shell of raw cashew nut is very hard to crack.

Hot Chamber

We use a specially designed chamber to heat the cashews so that, the temperature control can be attained accurately. The process makes easy to peel off its husk.

Machine Peeling

Cashew Peeling Machines that have a capacity of peeling around 300kg/h cashew nuts.

Sorting

Cashew sorting machines which detect and separates Testa, Insect damage, Scorched, Burned, Rotten cashews, Deserts, Black spots and all types of foreign materials.

Sizewise Grading

Depending on the shape,size & colour of the kernel.The Govt.of India Act prescribes 33 different grades of cashew kernels.

Piece Separator (Grading)

Cashew piece separator easily remove small size cashew and can reduce labour work,cashew piece separator is necessaries in cashew industries

Drying Process (Moisture Remover)

Properly dried in order to remove excess moisture
The Cashew nuts will have high level of moisture which makes testa/skin to hold tightly to the kernel.

TIN with Nitrogen Filling (to Ensure Longer Shelf Life)

Customers expect freshness and consistent taste every time they open a new package of cashews

Packing

The minimum requirement of packaging is that the cashews should be safe till it reaches the customer
